RESERVATION & DEPOSIT

  • Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable $2,500 of earnest money is required to reserve a townhome. This deposit will be credited toward the final purchase price

  • Unit Reservation: Once the deposit is received, your unit will be reserved under contract until the closing process is completed

FINANCING & PRE-APPROVAL

  • Pre-Approval: Buyers are encouraged to secure mortgage pre-approval within 10 days of placing a deposit to ensure financial readiness

  • Preferred Lenders: We have established relationships with lenders familiar with the project. Feel free to ask for lender recommendations to streamline your process

CONSTRUCTION & COMPLETION

  • Current Phase: Construction is underway, with the development proceeding in phases. Exterior and interior finishes have been pre-selected to maintain design consistency across all units

  • Estimated Completion: Units are projected to be completed between February 2025 and November 2025, depending on the phase of your reserved townhome. Buyers will be notified as construction progresses 

FINAL WALKTHROUGH
& CLOSING

  • Walkthrough: A blue tape walkthrough will be scheduled once your unit is ready for inspection, within 2 weeks of closing. At this time, any final details will be reviewed

  • Closing Process: Dependent on the unit reserved, the buyer will be notified of a closing date within 30 days of completed construction

HOME
WARRANTY

Each townhome includes a comprehensive builder warranty covering patent and latent defects. Details on specific coverage will be provided at closing
